• Eligibility: We’re happy to accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, the item should be unused, in the same condition it was delivered, and in its original packaging.
• Exceptions: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on socks, undergarments, or personalized items. Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
• How to Return: Returning an item is easy! Just drop us an email at support@trainerstock.co.uk with your order number and a quick explanation of why you’re returning it. We’ll send you all the details you need to send your item back.

Refunds

• Processing Time: Once we’ve received your return and checked it over, we’ll let you know whether your refund is approved. If it is, you’ll get your money back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
• Partial Refunds: In some cases, we may offer a partial refund (e.g., if the item is damaged, has been worn, or has missing parts).

Exchanges

• Looking for a different size, color, or style? No problem! Simply follow the return process and place a new order for the item you want. Once we’ve received the returned item, we’ll take care of your new order right away.

Shipping Costs
